If anyone is nervous about upgrading, I just did it myself and it was painless. Here's what I did:
1. I wrote down the feed info I had on all my existing feeds just in case I had to re-enter them. I made sure to copy all the info, including the feed link, what section/category I had them in, whether it was front page, etc.
2. Uninstalled 4rss (it was 1.3)
3. Installed the new 4rss (it was 1.5)
Guess what?? All my feeds were there waiting! Completely painless. But I still recommend everyone write down your feeds just in case, you never know.
LOVE the ease of the cronjobs now, too. Absolutely perfect. Everything is working out fine now whereas in 1.3 I couldn't get cronjobs to work at all and I was publishing manually.
I'm always on the lookout for new full-text rss feeds in the topics I'm interested in, but in the meantime I found a service called Full-Text RSS at
fivefilters.org. This really works great and allowed me to extract full rss feeds from a couple of feeds that I had that weren't full already.
I'm also using another plugin called Auto Read More - it will truncate articles and add a "read more" automatically. AWESOME!! Now I can have them on my front page without overloading it with a full article! You can read more about it on the developer's website here:

Good luck everyone - and to 4rss, thanks for such a very very cool component!
